Hi, golden enthusiasts!
My name is Valentina Kaneva and I'm from Bulgaria. I couldn't find an international board in your forum. If this is not the right place to introduce myself, I hope the moderators will move my post.

Welcome! I think English is not a problem for some people here. However it can be a problem for you to read our posts because they all are in Polish.
Well, I am not a moderator so I can't decide... If you want to show us your dog you can give a photo to galery. How did you find us?

I think English can be problem for the majority of people but there are people who can read and sometimes translate. Do you know english forum about golden retriever? Perhaps Valentina can find there more information.

I don't want to cause you difficulties, because of the English. I'll try to understand Polish, but it will take time.
kochanka goldenów, thank you for the translator, but It doesn't translate for examples, those words "jeśli ktoś ". But I'll find the Polish alphabet and I'll figure out what is written Very Happy

The reason why I joined you forum is that I want to know more about the goldens in Poland, the history, do you have hunting test, dog shows etc. I'm planning to add a new member to my golden pack, so I would like to know more about the breeders, the lines in your country. Moreover, the breed is very popular in our country and I may recommend good breeders to the members of our club. That's it, I'm interested in everything related to Golden retrievers Smile

Oh yes, Google is very wise. I assume that you are a golden breeder, aren't you? I think that Warna may help you. She knows a lot about breeding and she may be interested in exchanging opinions about that.
I forgot that we are Slavic after all and you can understand our language. However your English is fantastic.
If you wish we can give you some sites of Polish breeders who can be interested in enriching their breedings. Some are interested in dogs from Czech Republic so maybe they will be interested in dogs from Bulgaria. I know about one breeder who uses their dogs for hunting. At least they say so...

Oh, I'm not a breeder or at least I'm not planning to be in the next 2 or 3 years. I have only one dog so far and I have many many things to learn, before I take the responsibility to breed. But I'll be more than happy if Warna share her opinion about breeding.
I'll be thankful if you send me the Polish websites. Can you send me your official club's site about golden retrievers?
Breeding golden retrievers in Bulgaria is in really early stage. Most of the dogs are pets, who are bought from puppy farms or shops(you know how dangerous is that). The Club is trying to encourage people to buy registered, pedigreed, with all health examinations dogs, but it's really difficult. We have few breeder, who just started breed and importing dogs. The newest members came last year from Dewmist kennel, I'm sure you all know it. That's the situation in our country.

P.S. I can understand some Polish words, cause written they sound like ours. Honestly, your English is great, as well, thanks for writing Very Happy
